Returns
We have a 15-day return Policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You will need the receipt for proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at support@justfedorableandco.com. Returned items will not be accepted without contacting us first.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless an error was made in shipping. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To start the exchange process, you must contact at support@justfedorableandco.com and will notify you how to go about exchanging your purchase. When a purchase is made of more that one hat with intent to return one or more, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
All Custom Orders and Sale Items are FINAL and cannot be returned or refunded.
